This week we made this super easy and inexpensive rustic DIY Blanket Ladder. We used a couple of random tools to beat up the new wood a bit to make it look aged and reclaimed. Layered some stain and paint, gave it a sand... BAM! Elevated Blankets!

We show you a super simple way to add an awesome aged texture to wood to give it that old, distressed, weathered look of barn wood, pallet wood, etc. We'll also show you a couple of finishing ideas to make the wood grain and distress marks pop even more.
